I was greeted at the airport by CIMA. My ride took me to my hotel and took care of everything for me. Since I do not speak Spanish this was very helpful. I was given an itinerary as to what my stay would be like.
The itinerary was most helpful as it allowed me at a glance to know what was going to be happening each day and when.
The CIMA staff took very good care of me whether I was being picked up at my hotel, registering in the Hospital, waiting in my Hospital room- The doctors, nursing staff and CIMA coordinating staff were always concerned for my well being and comfort. I would recommend CIMA Hospitals. The staff was outstanding from being greeted at the airport, registering at the hotel, admitting to the Hospital. Dr. visits and concerns to my well being and comfort, from pe-op to post-op the CIMA staff was excellent. I would like to specially thank Raquel.
