Everyone was very polite and helpful. The staff were cheerful and caring. The physician and anesthesiologist were friendly, courteous and caring and took the trouble to ask many questions and to explain the procedure.
Everywhere was very clean. It was rather noisy at night, but hospitals usually are. The post-surgical care was excellent. I would recommend a CIMA Hospital because I was well cared for, both medically and in matters of transportation. I felt safe and confident at all times. I would like to congratulate Sandra and Norma for their friendly assistance, Dr. Marcelo and his father for their excellent care and Nico for safely transporting my husband and I.
