I was greeted by the travel department in the lobby and was made to feel right at home. My doctors also came to greet me. Admissions went quickly and they answered all of my questions.
My doctors consisted of three different specialist, they assessed my situation and described the best avenue of treatment. I believe extra time and care was taken to make sure I was comfortable and understood the procedures. I was never left alone without a translator, except for when taking the x-rays. I feel CIMA became part of my future, as I will return to them when I am in need of medical care! It will be a pleasure to see the beautiful city of Monterrey again. Almost everyone I met spoke some English!
