I was afforded with above average attention and personal experience with the staff. The facilities were very modern and clean. The driver and Norma met me at the airport and were extremely friendly and informational.
The physical hospital was clean, well lit and properly staffed. The technicians who carried out the tests for the MRI and the colonoscopy were very friendly and knowledgeable. Admissions were a little unorganized and uncomfortable probably on account of the language barrier as I do not speak very much Spanish. Based on my single experience to this point I would certainly have no problem recommending a CIMA Hospital.The main reasons for my recommendation would be the following: a) Cost of medical procedures b) quality of both staff and facilities c) Ease of access to all facilities. I would like to congratulate Norma Villarreal because she was especially friendly and personable. She made me feel very safe, secure and welcome from the moment she picked me up at the airport to her attention and guidance at the hospital and around the city.
