CIMA Medical Value Travel

I was very happy with all the departments. The person who was my first contact was very pleasant and informative and all other contacts prior to my arrival (Angela Lara) was just as pleasant and accommodating.

I speak very little Spanish and everyone from the front desk to receptionists in the doctor’s offices was professional and understanding.

Hysterectomy- Loved our doctor. Everyone was top-notch, professional, caring, available, and informative. I do not speak Spanish, but never felt like I didn’t understand what was going on. Enough people speak English that it was no problem.

My experience at CIMA was excellent. The Medical Staff did a wonderful job. I would recommend CIMA Hospital because of the excellent service I received and the good turned out on my surgery.

I used the CIMA Hospital for installing a lap band. I found the whole process of a “medical vacation” handled by BridgeHealth to be well planned and well executed. Marisa and her team were very professional, they kept in touch with me and kept me informed on the whole process.

Our stay was best than a 5 star hotel. Very well helped and all our needs were taken care of. CIMA Hospital and Staff made us feel like at home.

I was picked up at the airport, taken to a nice hotel and I was treated with a tremendous level of courtesy and professionalism. It is entirely possible that I have received better care here that I would have in the U.S. and I certainly received it a lot faster for better price.

My nurse was very attentive and caring. My doctor explained everything very well. He was kind, courteous and respectful, I look forward to having Dr. Humberto Sanchez as my surgeon and feel he will take excellent care of me. The cafeteria ladies went out of their way for me and the food was very good. Dr. Gerardo was excellent and thorough.

Everyone from admitting, to nursing, to doctor have been very caring, warm, and professional. I am impressed by the thorough, advanced technology, treatments and the excellence of the hospital facility.

I was greeted at the airport by CIMA. My ride took me to my hotel and took care of everything for me. Since I do not speak Spanish this was very helpful. I was given an itinerary as to what my stay would be like.

My experience was as a mother accompanying a grown daughter for elective bariatric surgery not covered by her US Insurance. I had done a great deal of research and my husband, who works in CR, personal inquiries about the surgery and the choice of CIMA Hospital before proposing the experience to my daughter.

I was greeted by the travel department in the lobby and was made to feel right at home. My doctors also came to greet me. Admissions went quickly and they answered all of my questions.

I had a great experience from the moment I was admitted until I left the hospital. I felt as if I was checking in to a 5 –star hotel more than a hospital.

I've had a very nice experience here. The staff is very accommodating – everyone went above and beyond to make me feel well cared for. I would highly recommend a CIMA hospital because of the treatment, care and consideration I received.

This is my first experience as a medical traveler. The whole time - planning, traveling, treatment - I Have thought “this is too good to be true.”

I felt very well taken care of. Angela, the coordinator was excellent, made herself available and guided me through the whole process. This was important especially because everything is new and unknown and because I don’t speak Spanish.
