Hospital CIMA Monterrey is an acute-care medical and surgical hospital. It provides a full range of diagnostic, therapeutic, emergency, and surgical services. It has a total of six operating rooms: four combined labor and delivery rooms and one dedicated operating room for obstetrical surgery. Ancillary departments contribute diagnostic and treatment support, and include state-of-the-art imaging technology (CT scan, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine) and an open magnetic resonance imaging system. It is the most modern clinical laboratory in Monterrey and the first DNA testing facility in Mexico.
